The intimate feel of Floripa provided is a great way to get to know the artists, not only through their captivating and soul-filled performances, but also with the opportunity for the crowd to speak to all of the talent as they mingle after their sets.
Singer-songwriter Rhys Williams and his band take to the Floripa stage. Williams has been best known as the third most famous flautist in popular music history, having supplied a one-minute flute solo to Morrisey’s ‘You Are The Quarry’ album. Also been described as

Carrie has already received great interest and affection from the likes of Annie Lennox, Mike Stevens and airplay from BBC Introducing on Gary Crowley’s show.
Originally set up by the website and community of Band Republic, the monthly night provides a platform for artists coming through the site to perform live and spread the word about Band Republic’s aim and passion to release, break new music into the UK Charts.
