Braziliality 4th Birthday Part 4 with The Jazz Meet plus Braziliality Film Club

Rounding off the Braziliality 4th Birthday Celebrations with a special screening of ‘Noel, the village poet’ plus more surprises. It’s the resident Jazz Meet Band in session this week at The Jazz Meet so expect another dose of funk fuelled live soul jazz to round your weekend in style. Featuring Jake Telford on sax, Jessica Lauren on keys, and a rotating ensemble of some of London’s finest session musicians on hand to deliver the goods, this popular Sunday residency continues to go from strength to strength. DJ support comes from Jazz Meet residents Sid Ford and special guest Rob Whitlock.
This weekly live music session runs all day and provides a relaxing and fun environment for some dinner and a dance. Enjoy Floripa’s delicious Brazilian Roasts, available from 1pm, and a screening of the film ‘Noel, the village poet’ in the afternoon. Telling the story of one of the biggest names in Brazilian literature and one of the greatest artists from Rio ever, the script for the film was written by Braziliality artist member Pedro Vicente.
